TERM & CONDITION
* The Video Highlights will post to Our Vimeo Channel without notification in advance.
* Dropbox Download Link
* Video recorded has been standardize with Full HD format quality.
* Raw Footages (Material) Resolution : 1920 x 1080
* Background music can choose by client and must be send to us by 1 week before the event at latest, if not we will use our stock songs
* No revision will be accepted, except there is errors on Flash Drive (Make sure you have noted us in advance before the editing process started)
* Non refundable 20% deposit should be settled within 7 days from booking confirmation, otherwise the booking will be released automatically.
* For maximum quality, The Video editing process need time approximately 2 till 5 months starts from all the materials received by us, such as background music.
* All the packages are not including make-up, couple transportation and entrance fee.
* All video output in PAL video format, for NTSC video format should be informed in advance.
* 20% Deposit (Down Payment) is required to reserve the event date and cannot be refunded if canceled.
* The Remaining balance is payable at least 1 week before the wedding day.
